Our DNA is to be a proactive collaborative partner, by delivering simple, safe and smart products and services. Through the years we have evolved from delivering transactional insurance products, to now delivering transformational products and services, tailored to the needs of the market.
The Global Center of Excellence Center in Manila was established in 2007, and process 150,000 claims annually. We pride ourselves with thinking global and acting local; hence we serve our clients and members alike in 29 different maritime languages.
The R&D Center in Malmö and the P&I Claims Office in Singapore were opened in 2019.
The essence through Medical Plan and Crew P&I, is to increase health and decrease cost. By doing so, the safety onboard the vessels is increasing and the profitability of our clients will improve.
