Maria Eugenia Cusi is the Client Service Manager of Marine Benefits, Inc., based in Manila, Philippines. She has 11 years of extensive experience in the industry, providing assistance to the members worldwide. She also has a background in Quality Management System. Her solid foundation in the industry has strengthened her capacity to provide quality service to the clients and members. She also provides support to the Sales Team. She worked as Cards Processor from 2008 up to 2013 and was also a part of NHC Support Staff for a year. From 2014 up to 2018 she served as Client Service Assistant, Client Service Supervisor in 2018 and became Client Service Manager in 2019. Eugenia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University of the Philippines, Los Banos. She is happily married with one daughter. She loves spending quality time with family.
